Membership

Membership is based on clear entry standards, appropriate training, and agreement to uphold the Register’s policies and governance framework.

For practitioners who meet the Register’s education, practice, and insurance requirements.

For practitioners or individuals whose relationship to the Register sits outside full registrant status.

For students currently enrolled in recognised acupuncture or TCM training.

Honorary membership is conferred in recognition of significant contribution or service.

Minimum Entry Requirements

Applicants should hold a recognised qualification in acupuncture or Traditional Chinese Medicine.

All practising members must hold valid professional indemnity insurance.

Members must agree to uphold the Constitution, Code of Ethics, Scope of Practice, Safe Practice Guidelines, and associated policies.
